Every time we are asked by a client to provide a training programme, we ask them what they want to achieve from the training. This allows us to provide training designed to meet their needs rather than jamming the client into an off the shelf programme that negelcts the client's outcomes. 

 

You can provide us with a specific real life challenge and we can provide you with training designed to meet that particular need. For example, if you wanted to look at booking a pitching skills programme we could tailor it to a specfic client market or target. This helps gain buy in to the programme and raises interest among the fee earners present as they can associate with the problem and training is raised above an academic exercise.

Here is how we can help you maximise your ROI.

Before the training programme

1. We always work with the training partner or training manager to agree exact objectives for the training programme to make sure they are related to their business objectives and goals;

2. We can send out (if required) a pre-programme delegate questionnaire to help people prepare for attending the programme so they understand what to expect when they attend;

3. We can send out (if required) a summary of the benefits of the training programme
for each delegate so they can understand the relevance to them in attending the programme. We have found this helps with increasing attendance levels.
 
During the training programme

4. We find out from each delegate what they want to achieve from the programme so we can make sure it is focused to their needs;

5. Everyone who attends a training programme will set a goal at the end of the session that is unique to their own circumstances. They also tell the remainder of the group their goal which helps with accountability;

6. Everyone who attends a training programme receives a separate goal sheet that they can pin to their notice board back in the office to act as a reminder each day to take action towards its achievement;

7. Everyone who attends a training programme receives a comprehensive work book to take away which helps as a reference guide back in the office;

8. Everyone who attends a training programme receives a laminated summary sheet containing all the relevant points from the programme which helps as a handy quick read guide back in the office.


After the training programme

9. We provide the training partner or manager with a detailed feedback report by e-mail within 48 hours of the training programme. This contains all the delegates feedback good and bad so the client can see the effectiveness of the training programme.

10. Everyone who attends a training programme gets unlimited e-mail support for 30 days following the end of the programme. This can help with those questions people think of just as you leave the training venue or when you review your notes afterwards;

11. Everyone who attends a training programme will receive e-mail reminders of their goal after 24 hours, 7 days and 28 days. This helps accountability and works to help people achieve the goal they have set;

12. We can provide (if required) a follow up evaluation session of 1-2 hours with the delegates after 1 month, two months or three months to ascertain whether they are using any new knowledge, skills or behaviour following the training programme. This can be feedback to training partner or training manager.

13. We can provide (if required) an online questionnaire that delegates complete after a month, 2 months or 3 months to ascertain whether they are using any new knowledge, skills or behaviour following the training programme. This can be feedback to training partner or training manager.

14. All our training and coaching programmes are accredited by the solicitors regulation authority and ILEX and therefore attract CPD hours for solicitors and legal executives which help maintain quality.
