Do you work in house?
Yes. Price Pd work in house at a time to suit your business needs. We offer all firms our choices programme which distills the latest information into a packed 2 hours session. These sessions can be held at breakfast, lunch or tea time so your fee earners can maximise their time recording and still get CPD.
Will I be able to get CPD if I attend a training programme?
Yes. Currently Price Pd are accredited by the SRA and ILEX. We are also seeking accreditation with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers, The Bar Council and the Institute of Paralegals.
Why do you only offer business skills training?
As lawyers ourselves we learned from experience that to be a great lawyer you needed more skills than just knowledge of the law. Practising law is now a business. Times have changed considerably in the last 10 years and lawyers must embrace the idea that everyone in their practice should sell, network and recruit new clients.
What is the point of coaching lawyers?
No one would confess to being perfect (alright some people would) and claim they were outstanding at everything they did. The role of coaching is to work with high achievers and support them as they take their career to the next level. Coaching should not be seen as just helping underperforming lawyers. Its is so much more than that. Law firms are starting to embrace the idea of outside objective facilitation to help their high performers excel.

Why do you offer open programmes as well as in house?
No all our clients are multimational law firms. We want to cater for everyone in the legal profession and make available our training and coaching to all firms regardless of their size. That is where Price Pd open programmes seek to achieve. We stay away from the big cities to help those rural lawyers get high quality training close to them without having to travel miles to get it.
My firm only has 4 solicitors, is it worth me having in house training?
Absolutely. You can also invite everyone in the firm to attend so the savings can be great. Try one of our lunchtime programmes. Have a sandwich and get some excellent training.
